I hope this FAQ clarifies the most common queries about shopping on the site. However, if you don't find answers to your questions, you are more than welcome to contact me at info@chamonix-perspectives.com.
When making a purchase from the webshop you accept the terms and conditions stipulated below. I therefore recommend that you read the terms through carefully, before you make a purchase.
Shipment and delivery times
I can ship the book to most destinations in the world. Shipment charges will appear on the order confirmation before you pay. Delivery times will vary, but my promise is to hand over your order to the courier within max. 2 working days from your order.
As a guideline - not a guarantee - of delivery times, please use: Denmark 2-3 working days, Scandinavia approx. 2-6 working days, Europe approx. 2-6 working days.

Denmark, delivery to pick-up point: 5€
Denmark, delivery to home: 7€
France, delivery to pick-up point: 6€
France, delivery to home: 10€
Germany, Sweden, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Poland, delivery to pick-up point: 6€
UK, delivery to pick-up point: 20€
Without charge orders can be picked up at Onsgaardsvej 14, 2900 Hellerup, Denmark. From end of December 2022 the book can also be picked up in Les Tines, Chamonix - please send an email to arrange.
Payment
You can pay by VISA/Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard.
The amount will not be withdrawn from your account until the goods are dispatched from our warehouse. All prices are stated in Euro and are inclusive of 25% VAT, unless you are trading from a country outside of the EU.
If you order from a country outside the EU local taxes and duties may apply. From this point it is your responsibility to contact the carrier and pay for the added additional costs.
Order confirmation
A few minutes after your order you will receive a confirmation of the order by email as a receipt for your order.
Damage incurred during transportation
As soon as your item is received you should examine the shipment for damage. If the packing is badly damaged, you should refuse to accept the shipment. If the contents of the shipment are damaged during transportation, you have to report the damage within seven days by sending an email to: jens.hogsted@gmail.com. Please write the order number in your email. You will find your order number in the order confirmation that you received from us upon completing your purchase.
Right of return
You have normal consumer right in terms of returning a book. Shipping is paid by you. Only unopened books in re-sellable state will be reimbursed.
Privacy policy
In order to be able to shop at our site you must register and submit the following information: name, address, telephone number, email address and credit card information.
You have the opportunity to choose a delivery address which is different from the billing address.
We carry out the registration of your personal information for the sole purpose of being able to deliver goods to you, or the information that you have agreed to receive. Personal information is registered and will be kept on file for five years.
By accepting the trade terms you allow me to obtain your personal information via our website in order to be able to handle your order. No other sensitive personal information will be registered. I will only give information about our customers and users to third parties when it is necessary in order to carry out a transaction. I never sell names, addresses, email addresses, credit card information or other personal information to any third parties.
